After buying the product from CodeCanyon I follow the video tutorial and generate the .io file. After the successful setup, everything run the app on the emulator and real device but the image is not loading. Also, I have a navigation slider on the website that’s not working.
Solution: I test your website, the website is built with javascript (JS) but during generating the configuration file you turn off the javascript (JS) that’s why the function is not working.
Please turn on your javascript (JS) from configuration website ( https://help.infixsoft.com/configure-your-json-file/ ) and generate the .io file again. And remember that do not change the file name.
